Return and refund policy
Return and refund of faulty or damaged goods purchased from the website We will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. Notification of faulty or damaged products must be received by us within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for.
Notification of faulty or damaged goods can be made either by telephone to 03 9824 5247 or by email to info@humancare.com.au.
Please be sure to include your daytime telephone number so that we can contact you. Subject to the above notification, we will replace the faulty or damaged product or refund the applicable amount within 14 days of purchase as long as the product is returned in its original packaging and is accompanied by proof of purchase in the form of a tax invoice/receipt.
